Tubize Outlet Mall is part of a major urban regeneration project South of the Belgian capital. It involves converting an 80-hectare former industrial site into a sustainable, modern neighbourhood, led by the French private equity firm Samfi Invest.
I worked with the investors and an International development team including TORG and StartConcept to market and lease this unique project to a mix of international brands from 2022 – 2024.
This BREEAM Excellent development will feature over 2,000 apartments, 6,000 m² of leisure facilities and diverse gastronomy, as well as abundant commercial and green spaces alongside the Charles-de-Gaulle canal, which connects to Brussels. Work on the outlet part has been put on hold in 2024 while the rest – residential, new infrastructure and landscaping – is prioritised.
