As part of an expert team around UK based Rioja Estates, the original developer, together with my partners at TORG, I helped to lease and market this innovative cross border outlet village in Southern Sweden to a well selected mix of Scandinavian and international brands in its early years, from 2022 until 2025.
The project was purchased by the Frey Group, one of the fastest growing outlet developers in Europe, in July 2024 and construction started in June 2025.
