TORG was commissioned by Compagnie de Phalsbourg, one of France’s leading real estate developers, to lease this innovative and contemporary outlet village, located east of Lyon, to a selection of premium international brands. I helped identify gaps in the brand mix and bring some of the scheme’s key anchors on board.
With its unique, green architecture, conceived by an award-winning Dubai-based architect, and a strong focus on dining and entertainment, The Village quickly became the second-best outlet in France after its opening in 2018.
