As part of TORG, I have been working with the van der Valk Group, the largest Dutch hospitality chain, to help develop the outlet part of this major mixed-use project including a holiday village, a 4star hotel and wellness area as well as the refurbishment of one of Europe’s biggest snowdomes. It is Germany´s only new outlet development with a valid building permit, 80km East of Hamburg.
Our mission was to identify and collaborate with the most suitable architects for the master planning of an outlet village, taking into account the layout and tenant mix. We were also responsible for preparing a detailed development plan for approval by the local authorities and for sourcing a potential investor for the outlet.
